I offer outdoor personal training sessions that are based around your goals and needs. I am qualified to REPS Level 3, and I’m also just about to receive certification in ‘Pre and Post Natal’ personal training level 3.
I am available for Personal Training most evenings and weekends, in addition to Tuesday and Wednesday daytime and Thursday mornings.
An initial consultation with me to review your starting point and personal circumstances then set the goals we will work toward together is £10.
Sessions are £25 for an hour of training.
