Introduction to Running

 

This beginners course will take you from walking to 5K runner over 8 weeks – a great way to get started if you want to get into running.

The course consists of one weekly session together and 2 homework runs you complete between sessions. You will be given information and advice to help you gain confidence in running as well as strength training exercises and stretches to ensure you remain injury free. On completion of the 8 week course when you’ve run 5K you will receive an engraved medal. £49. Message me to book on. Meet outside the front of the community centre.
