HIIT to be Fit
30 minute classes alternating 30 seconds of work with 30 seconds rest. Great music and encouragement helps motivate you to keep going. High and low impact options are demonstrated for each exercise so you can decide how hard to push yourself making all classes truly accessible for all abilities. £5 Per Person.
Mondays at 10am & Saturday at 9am – Outdoor – meeting outside Belize Community Centre – bring a towel and water and enjoy this class in all weathers. Exercising outdoors boosts mental health & lowers perceived exertion meaning working harder feels easier.
Tuesdays at 10am at Orton Waterville Village Hall. Make sure to book on this class to guarantee a space. Children welcome.
Thursdays at 10am – Beginners – at South Grove Community Centre. No burpees or press ups guaranteed in this class but a challenging workout nonetheless. A great introduction to HIIT. If you are feeling strong then enjoy this plus Legs, Bums & Tums for a special rate of £7.50.

A strengthening and toning class that focuses on the quads, glutes and abs.
Every Thursday at 10.30am at South Grove Community Centre, Woodston. £5 per person. Bring water and a yoga mat or towel. Enjoy this and HIIT to be Fit for the special price of just £7.50.

A fantastic workout which tones you up, increases strength and reduces body fat to a soundtrack of alternative music.
