I decided to become a personal trainer because I love to nurture people and I’m passionate about how exercise, nutrition and time spent outdoors are essential for wellbeing – both physically and emotionally.

My focus is client centered personal training – I believe fitness and eating should be fun as any sustainable change needs to feel good!

I want my clients to feel empowered to live healthy lives rather than suffering to get results that only last for the short term and leave them stuck in a cycle of unhealthy habits.
